Clouds
April weather is not called like that for nothing! I never really noticed this month's weather these last few years but it is so strange!
Suddenly, it's sunny, nice and warm but in a few minutes, BAM! it's raining...again. It's like we're in Ireland! This weather in France is like the summers in Ireland: wet, damp, and cold.
So today, while I was doing homework (math, ugh!) I saw the clouds moving quite fast in the sky and I thought this would be great for a moving picture.
I know I'm late and not in the right theme for the moving picture link-up party
but I'll add this picture just for fun.
I've been wanting to post something for a week now (nearly two) on my blog
so this is the perfect occasion = )
So here it is (nothing too special):
Well, I didn't add this in the moving picture but here's the sky after another 20 minutes:
With rain drops on the window of course = P
I just realised how depressing these photos are =P I'm sorry if I depressed anyone with these grey skies !
Well, maybe my cat can make you happy again XD
This is my cat called Kitty (very original, I know)
Yes that's her: the little chubby, fluffy creature -who by the way is so posh (even though she doesn't look it here), I sometimes think she should be a royal cat-.
So that was my ...strange.. post today =D must be all that math getting to my brain!
Thank you for reading, or even just passing by and having a look at my little blog,
and I wish everyone a wonderful weekend!

My new homemade light reflectors!
Hey everyone! For ages now I wanted to make these "homemade light reflectors" so that I have more light in my room when I take photos.
Well, I ran out of aluminium foil, so I only made two small ones.
Here they are and here are two photos to show the results:
Well, in conclusion I don't recommend these if you are a very dedicated photographer/professional cause they aren't that great. But for a beginner like me, they're fine.
Hope you all enjoy your day! Photoholic. Pin It

The Storm
No computer, no TV, no radiator... no electricity!
But luckily : one camera.
So what does a storm + camera + Photoshop equal?
This:
And
Now that the storm is finally over, I can put these pictures up on my blog.
I wish I could have some photos of the lightening but lightening = too fast and camera = too slow.
Hope you all have a lovely, cosy weekend!

Tips & Pics
I found this link-up party on this website: jaymiblog and I decided to give it a try.
So, the subject of this link-up party is to show how you can modify a photo to make it look different and then explain how you did this.
Here's my photo before:
I prefer the second one, what about you?
With Photoshop, to get this effect, I used some of my "actions" (all free by the way), and here I used : the "boost" from pioneer woman (I used it twice) and then I used "fresh and colourful" from pioneer woman as well (click to see website). I might have brightened it a little bit but that's mostly it.
It's funny how you can change an image so quickly with such simple steps.
So that was it, hope I have time to participate next time again!
P.s. Everyone should go check out the blog: Entre2Objectifs. It's a new french blog full of great photos!
Have a great weekend everyone!

My first participation to Scavenger Hunt Sunday
Hi everyone!
It's the first time I participate to this link-up party. I read about it today and noticed that I have till tomorrow to participate, so if my photos look a it dull it's because I had no time to take new fresh ones, and had to take a few old ones which I quickly photoshoped.
So here they are:
1.Life
I had no idea what photo to use for the "life" theme. But when I found this one, I just felt like it suited this somehow, even though it doesn't exactly.
But this image just reminds of how fascinating life is, and how many people and animals exist on this planet. I felt this way when I took this picture.
2.Fragrant + Pink
I thought that this photo just fitted with both: Fragrant and Pink.
It's a quite simple picture, nothing too special but roses smell wonderful and this one had a beautiful color.
3.Obvious
What is more obvious than a child loving his toy?
This image was not a good quality one because this little guy wouldn't stop moving. But this image was so cute (in my opinion) and it is very obvious that children adore their little buddies.
I think I jumped one theme, but I don't have time to find a photo for it, so I just leave it like that.
I hope these pictures were not too boring, I think I would have done a better job if I had more time.
Anyway, I wish everyone a great week!
